The Chalet, at 11° East, as the name suggests, is situated at Longitude 11 degrees East in the snow assured resort of Obergurgl, where the village altitude is 1,930m!

It is under an hour and a half’s drive from Innsbruck airport and three hours from Munich. Being at the end of the Ötztal valley, the resort benefits from having no through traffic. The Chalet is in a very central but quiet location, right on the nursery slopes – you can also ski back to our front door from the main ski area! All of the main lifts are no more than a couple of minutes’ walk, whilst shops and bars are round the corner.
